Food Philosophy #16: Quick Holiday Dip If you are seeking a deeeeeelicious holiday treat for your guests, this Kalamata Mascarpone Dip is absolutely to die for. It takes about five minutes to make, and it is sensational with crackers, vegetables, or anything else you can think of serving it with. Ingredients:1 cup mascarpone cheese4 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, minced1 clove garlic, minced¼ cup kalamata olives, chopped½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1 teaspoon sea salt Mix and serve, or for best results, make a day ahead and store in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld.
