After spending more than two decades in the world of fine food and wine, it became clear to me that my best meals were shared with those who also matched my passion for ideas. I wanted a place — my own little utopia — where my favorite things came together in celebration and appreciation of decadence, discourse, and a passionate desire to change the world for the better.

In my head was a perfect blend of the shared tables from ancient Greece and Rome, and the intellectual exploration of the French salon — crafted in a way that was uniquely my aesthetic flavor. So here we are.

Salon dinners and curated travel from Food Philosophy will introduce you to an intimate, exclusive world where the discussion is never dull and the atmosphere always a feast for the senses. My approach is global, as is my selection of destinations. The settings are a collection of my personal favorites.
